Hell is a subject that is not being preached or taught that much anymore. Some preachers and teachers are afraid that they will lose their flock if they preach on it. The bible makes it clear that such a place exists. Proverbs 27:20 says ” hell and destruction are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied.” (KJV) Hell is a bottomless pit; it is never full. Isaiah 14:9 says “In the place of the dead there is excitement over your arrival. The spirits of world leaders and mighty kings long dead stand up to see you.” (NLT) Mattew 23:33 Jesus said “You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell?” (NIV) Hell is for eternity; it never ends. When people go there, they are there forever. 2 Peter 2:4 says “For God did not spare even the angels who sinned. He threw them into hell, in gloomy pits of darkness, where they are being held until the day of judgment.” (NLT) The bible says that hell is a lake of fire. Luke 16:24 says So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’ Hell is total separation from God. He sent his only begotten Son to die for our sins. So you say, how can I be saved from hell? Jesus is the only way you can be saved by accepting Him as your Lord and Savior. You ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins. John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.” (John 3:3) So I ask you, where do you stand with God? You have to make a choice; it will be the most important decision of your life. Do you want to accept Jesus as your personal Savior and get filled with the Holy Spirit and go to heaven to be with Jesus, or do you want to reject God and spend eternity in hell? The choice is yours. If you want to be saved, then say this prayer out loud or in your heart. Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness.
I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin.
You said in the bible that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.
Right now I confess Jesus as my Lord. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead.
